W/E (fire) builds?
I've been looking around for some good W/E builds but I can't find any that use fire elementalist spells. Maybe I havn't looked deep enough? What I'm looking for specifically is a Hammer/Fire build. Anyone know of any good builds?

Nope. It really doesn't work too well. Best you could do would be Hundred Blades + Conjure Flame with a sword.
The trouble is, either
A) You waste too much of your attributes/skills trying to cast Fire spells (usually PBAoE) - in which case you'd be better off as an ele primary (not that I condone point-blank Fire on an ele, either... Fireball is ftw).
Or...
B) You don't put enough into your Fire skills to get anything major out of them, in which instance your Fire skills/attributes are simply deadweight.
It doesn't matter how far you dig, trying to kill stuff with ele spells on a warrior is stupid and inefficient.
... Aaaand que Hamstorm comments.

A ~new~ deadly combination?
Or maybe.....
[skill]Crippling Slash[/skill] + [skill]Fire Storm[/skill]

Aaah... Cathode, honey, you complete me.
Have a pat on the head.
One problem with SH/Hamstring combo - you can't use your elite on Healing Hands.

Psssh.. I play as a W/EMo..
Hm.. Hamheat? Hamsav?
And as far as W/E builds go, good players only use W/E Shock builds or KD/Aftershock Hammer builds.. then, there's hamstorm..

My Koss runs a W/E with conjure flame + fiery sword, and HB as well. Gives him some nice AoE damage, with the benefits of fire damage to do extra dmg against some foes. He needs levelling up though

Aftershock wars are like, totally a year and a half ago. Shock is nice, but almost useless in PvE.

Drop any thought of using the Elementalist secondary class for boosting your DPS with Conjure X or any PBAoE or AoE spells. The only Elementalist skill you would EVER use would be Shock, and that's for PvP.

I tried this when first started. It didn't work. Go grab Monk or something with a good self heal.
W/E isn't good for PvE and you can do better in PvP.

Savannah Heat + Hammer Bash + Crushing Blow is nice, especially with Savannah's reduction to a mere 5 energy.

Are you looking for a build to use in PVE, with various heros/henches?

W/E
16 Swordsmanship
9 Strength
10 Fire Magic
Dragon Slash {E}
Enraging Charge
Flail
Res Sig
Inferno
Conjure Flame
Sun and Moon Slash
"For Great Justice!" or Standing Slash
As for hammer.. meh. You can do almost anything you want halfway efficiently with a few things:
*max weapon mastery
*flail
*enraging charge
*a res
Note: A Splinter Weapon warrior will out damage this W/E build in PvE by a good margin.

My W/E Fire build
I've been using warrior/elementalist fire builds for quite some time now with great efficiency...
Because I am not sitting at my gaming box and rather on my couch with my crusty old laptop, I can't remember my attrib settings.. but my skillset I use is:
Sever Artery
Gash
Hamstring
Hundred Blades [E]
Final Thrust
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Glyph of Elemental Power
Conjur Fire
Weapon Set:
Fiery Dragon Sword of Fortitude (Req 10 Sword)
15^50
"Strength and Honor"
Health +30
(Customized for me since I won't get a better one than this)
Damage +20%
Kournan Defender (Req 9 Str)
Health +45 While Enchanted
"Riders of the Storm"
Damage -7 vs Lightening - Helpful versus' those pesky Mersaat and other El's
Armor Set:
Full Gladiators(Groto) w/Platemail Helm(Citadel)
Sup Absorbtion
Sup Vigor
Sup Swordsmanship
Sup Strength
Minor Tactics
Health (while enchanted, which is almost always do to Conjur Fire): 455
Energy: 28 (I think anyways, might be 27)
Typically, in lower levels like Ice Tooth Caves, I deal 55 base damage + 22 Fire damage. This build has worked great for me though I don't do too much solo work, I primarily fight with my 3 hero's. (Healer, Protector and MM Nec)
Just remember to cast Glyph of Lesser Energy, then Glyph of Elemental Power (which adds +2 to your Fire Attrib) and finally Conjur Fire.
Occasionally, depending on where I am farming/fighting, I will change to W/E Ice build which is a simple swap of Conjur fire to Conjur Water and a quick change of weapons. (Icy Fellblade of Fortitude (Req. 9 Sword), 15^50, +30, also customized since i can't get better than what I have so, Damage +20%)
These builds have worked great for me and I, with the help of only my 3 heros, can farm the entire area from Deldrimor War Camp to Beacons Perch. Arriving without a death penalty..
I'm sure it would be easy enough to convert this build to a hammer build and I will post my Attribs upon request.
GL HF!

Casting two glyphs in a row is bad why? As I've been using this build for months and have yet to run into any energy deficiency issues. Even with only 28(or 27, which ever it might be) base energy...

Glyphs do not stack. Casting a second glyph replaces the older glyph.
Thats why its a bad idea to use 2 glyphs in a row....it just doesnt work.
oh, and ascalon all the way though deldrimoor and to gates of kryta can be solo'd with a vengeful Rt anyway

Oh, I didn't realize that about the Glyphs, thanks for pointing that out... I suppose as long as I've been casting Glyph of Elemental Power second, I was still gaining my +2 fire attrib.. But what a waste of energy.
Perhaps I will replace Glyph of Lesser Energy with another sword attack skill. Maybe an interupt in there would be nice.
FN: This thread has nothing to do with Ritualists(vengeful or otherwise), you might want to use another Warrior build for comparison. (i.e. Stay on topic)

i suppose if someone was adamant on playing W/E in PvE then the best option would be using the water line such as:
Galrath Slash
Silverwing Slash/Sun & Moon slash
Dragon Slash
-heal sig
-Frozen Burst
-Armour of mist -Acts as armour pump & speed boost, could be replaced with or Frigid Armor Vs against djinn etc)
-Conjure frost
-res
use the water focus from the weapons crafter in droks if you dont want a shield. gives +5al and +45hp while enchanted
Tried it when factions came out, using an IDS for fun, works better than most PvE warrior's builds and can be fun, but a 100% warrior build is still my choice.
